Central Administration Tribunal Jammu comprising of Chairman Justice NARSIMHA REDDY and Dr. Bhagan Sahai member (A) while hearing the petition filed by Romesh Chander, Sudesh Dev Raj, Mohan Lal, Gori Ram, Uttam Chand, Om Parkash, Des Raj, Sudesh, Bodh Raj, Girdhari Lal, Sansar Chand, Ashok Kumar, Mohan Lal, Sanjay Kumar, Ashok Kumar, Sudesh, Shiv, Sushma Devi, Sham Lal, Kaku Ram, Girdhari Lal, Vijay, Babu, Pawan Kumar, Rattan Lal, Kala Kumar, Kesh Singh, Arun Dubey, Sudesh Kumar, Romesh Chander, Subash Chander, Vijay Kumar, Sunder Paul, Sunit Dutt, Sohan Lal, Mohd Maneer, Vijay Kumar, Pawan Kumar, Sudesh Kumar and Mohan Lal issued notices to chief Secretary and Chairman Dy. Commissioner Distt. Level IV Class employee committee Udhampur. Mr. Amit Gupta AAG accepted notices for respective Tribunal directed the case to be listed on 4-11-20.
Mr. A.K. Sawhney urged the before the Tribunal that Arbitrary for 14 years the select list not prepared despite court directions passed in writ petition and in a contempt petition too not obeyed.The issues raised in the Petition filed through A.K Sawhney Advocate read:
An advertisement was issue for selection of IV Class employees vide Advertisement Notice No.1 of 2006 for District Udhampur which falls in J&K Jammu Division now Union Territory J&K.
That 165 posts of IV Class employees were advertised and petitioners applied for the posts. The results were not declared despite completing the process. Petitioners had filed the writ petition in J&K High Court at Jammu Wing.
